Why should a firm outsource this service?

Pre-employment screening is a time-consuming and detailed task that requires highly specialized knowledge and resources. Many companies have found that it is an inefficient use of their time and resources to preferm a service that a specialist can do more efficiently and cost-effectively.

Even companies with fully staffed Human Resources or Security departments have found that oursourcing this service is more efficient and allows them to focus on tasks that can only be performed inside the company. Also, outsourcing this service does not leave a new employee feeling that confidential information about them is being obtained by others in the firm.

Does my company risk alienating applicants?

The screening procedure is non-intrusive and respects an applicant's privacy rights. Good applicants are also anxious to work with qualified co-workers in a safe workplace. Our release form advises your applicant that: "A benefit of all employees. It is no reflection on an applicant."

What's involved in using VeriCheck as part of your company screening program?

VeriCheck will work with you to setup a screening program that meets your needs.

As part of the hiring process, an applicant completes two forms, the job application for the position in question and a VeriCheck release form. Simply send these two forms to us via fax or email and leave the rest to us. Timely reports will be returned to you upon completion.
